$400 / 3br - $400/month March-June 2024 Sublet Room in House (Moscow)

I am subletting my room in a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house from March - June 2024.
Pets possible but not preferred as there is already 1 dog and 1 cat (a sweet yellow lab and a small bengal cat).
Would have to be approved by current tennants and get along with other pets.
Located in a great neighborhood close enough to walk downtown, close to Anytime Fitness, Rosauers, and Walgreens.
On a slow street with a fenced yard.
Currenty 2 female roommates who would prefer female applicants.
The room is a cozy bedroom on the main floor.
Common spaces are shared.
Utilities and wifi are usually around $125 per person each month.
Room is 8'x10'.
