Summary: The Fiscal Clerk will be a part of a financial team and will support the accounting aspect of the organization.
They will perform a wide variety of clerical duties such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, the preparation, processing, and maintenance of financial and accounting transactions.

Duties and Responsibilities: Working with purchasing, receiving, and accounts payable.
Data entry to keep accurate personnel records and staff directories.
Communicate issues and emergencies to direct supervisor.
Collaborate with the ops team to facilitate end of the year orders.
Maintain filing systemPerform other duties as required.
Qualifications: Effective bookkeeping skills and demonstrated proficiency in data processing and excellent organization skillsKnowledgeable with word processing, data bases, spread sheets, and reportsHigh school diploma or equivalent, prefer post high school training in business accountingAbility to maintain accurate and precise recordsSelf-motivated and works well under pressure and deadlinesCulture at Gem PrepGem Prep focuses on hiring and developing great employees with high expectations and provides robust support to meet those expectations.
