Responsibilities
Graduate from PLACE Launch!
Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
Build and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their needs and guiding them through the real estate buying or selling process.
Conduct property showings and provide expert advice and guidance to clients, helping them make informed decisions.
Utilize our proven models, systems, and tools to effectively market and promote properties, ensuring maximum exposure and attracting qualified buyers.
Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and industry regulations to provide accurate and insightful information to clients.
Coordinate and collaborate with other agents, brokers, and industry professionals to facilitate smooth and successful transactions.
Continuously enhance your skills and knowledge through coaching, training, and professional development opportunities provided by our company.
