We need people who can provide something in addition to their playing acumen.
Real team players :) Finding venues, marketing shows, recording work, social toileting, not just what you like to do or are good at, etc.
You will need to have reasonable availability for weekly practices (currently Thursdays 10am-12pm) and out of town shows.
Connecting with people through my music is my focus.
Having the sound come together with a group in a live show setting is the pinnacle for me.
It simply can get no better than that.
I'm looking to build a group worker coop style, where everyone shares in the fruits based on their contributions.
We will be playing my music predominantly until we catch up on my playable band catalog (~50 songs).
I do not have much set guidance for songs that haven't been recorded yet.
