Summary of Duties:
The Talent Project Assistant will provide comprehensive programmatic and project support in the area of Talent and HR standard operating procedures project, and reports to the Director, Budget & Operations.
The incumbent will collect, organize, revise, and report on project status.
As part of the project team, this position will develop project goals, milestones, and tracking tools.
Required Qualifications:
High School graduation or equivalent and one year of clerical experience; OR equivalent education/experience.
Familiarity with Workday HCM processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated communication skills.
Project administration experience.

Monthly Salary: $1,963.
50 to $2,590 (70% FTE rate) | Range 32, Steps A - M | Successful candidates typically begin at the beginning of the salary range and receive scheduled salary increment increases in accordance with WAC 357-28.
