PSA for Colfax area

Won't say his name or what department he is with.
He is aggressively banging on doors, peeking through windows and walking around property creeping and driving in yards/grass And when told " clearly they aren't home" he gets rude and bangs louder on their doors.
Has been in a Black BMW SUV and white audi SUV.
Something seems off.
