Need to get rid of my cat

Need to get rid of my loving cat, The place I moved too he doesn't do well.
He is 8 months and recently got neutered as well as his rabies vaccine.
He is super lovey dovey but can't be around dogs as he is scared of them.
Can send pictures.
I'm only asking for a rehoming fee of $25.
He only comes with his carrier.
