Plugs in, everything works except that it has some kind of mechanical issue in the front “tire”where the tension comes off the pedals very abruptly and randomly.
It came with the house we purchased and we don’t have the time to repair it so it's going away.
FREE to good home.
Will go to the dump this week if no one wants it.
