ISO Full Care Board

In search of full care retirement board for one well behaved gelding in his early 20’s.
Don’t need any riding facilities, just places for me to groom and hang out with him.
Must be on pasture/turnout since he does not like being in a stall.
He had colic surgery 2 years ago and can be a hard keeper with weight (teeth are starting to deteriorate) so would love for him to be at a facility that can keep a close eye on him and provide personalized care.
Must be full care as I have no ability to provide hay.
Can provide grain and supplements.
Location as close to Pullman as possible.
