Position Summary:
This position is designed to coordinate the continuous improvement of academic programs in the College of Education, Health, and Human Sciences.
This position will provide data management and analysis expertise and manage short- and long-term operations for the college's assessment and accreditation processes.
This position is responsible for the management of data and documentation required for program assessment and accreditation; will serve as the point of contact for all accredited programs communications within and outside the institution; and will work closely with faculty, students, and appropriate University offices to ensure compliance with accrediting institutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree; four additional years of experience in program coordination (for a total of six years) may substitute for a Bachelors Degree
Two years of program coordination or program management experience
Working in a team environment to accomplish shared goals
Collecting, compiling, summarizing, and analyzing data for administrative reports
Advanced experience using data analysis software to create formulas and reports and perform analysis and power queries.
Experience using cloud-based business analytic and file storage applications to visualize and share data.
Experience with database development, management, and troubleshooting
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters degree in related field
Experience with University programs such as Banner, Campus Labs/Anthology, Canvas, and Vandalweb
Knowledge of project management principles
Detail-oriented with strong writing, editing, verbal communication, organizational, and analytical skills
Experience with higher education federal, regional and specialized accrediting agencies guidelines, reporting and expectations
Experience working with confidential information and ensuring data security while promoting data transparency
