MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES To assist the principal in the total implementation of the school program including organization, administration, curriculum development, instructional improvement, staff personnel, pupil personnel, financial and business management, school buildings, equipment, instructional materials, and school-community relations.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 1.
Must hold a valid Idaho certificate in educational administration endorsed for School Principal (Pre-K-12).
2.
Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with teachers, parents, students, and the community.
3.
Ability to accept leadership responsibilities, make decisions and direct educational programs is required.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONSA strong background with curriculum and assessment.
Experience with Professional Learning Communities.
Successful administrative and middle school experience.
Ability to successfully interact with students, staff, and parents.
