*Position:* Customer Care Specialist/Customer Service Representative
*Schedule:* Full-time, four days a week, with rotating Saturdays (1-2 per month).
No on-call or emergency after-hours duties.

*Job Responsibilities:*
* Provide exceptional customer service and telephone support
* Process payments efficiently using veterinary software
* Manage medical records, emails, and client communications
* Demonstrate problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
* Collaborate effectively with the team
* Maintain cleanliness of work areas
* Coordinate with the medical team to ensure positive client experiences
* Educate clients on veterinary standards of care and preventive wellness recommendations
* Willingness to be cross-trained for basic veterinary assisting skills when needed
*Requirements:*
* Veterinary and/or customer service experience preferred but not required
