+Details:
This is built up with cabinets, drawers, and workbenches in the 16’ box so it would be a great mobile workshop for a handyman or a “mothership” for a contracting company.
Other ideas are using it for a tool vendor/ hardware supplier business.
With more work, it could even be converted into a food truck or a camper.
There are many components and accessories for these available through Mill Supply and other companies, should you have to modify it for your needs.
It does not have an inverter but you can run an extension cord from "shore power" to use the outlets inside.
The bench grinder is included but the black toolbox is not (I’m still cleaning it out).
+History:
I bought this from a plumber in Boise before I moved to Moscow in 2019.
It drove up here with no problems (other than the mudslide north of Riggins which made me take it through La Grande.
) The engine still has plenty of power for its size.
Since then, I’ve mainly it used as a workshop and to store my tools but now that I have a garage, I don’t need it anymore.
+Price/Trades
Figuring you might want to paint it, the price is ballparked toward the lower end of recent listings of step vans with empty boxes vs.
food trucks at the higher end.
That being said, I’m still open to reasonable offers and trades.
I would consider trading for:
1.
a squarebody Chevy/GMC C10/K10 with the 250 I6 and 4-speed SM456 transmission (or better yet with the 6-speed wide range T-56!) or similar
2.
something fun with a manual transmission (midsize 4x4? hot hatch?)
3.
something that can haul plywood enclosed (pickup with an 8’ bed, Suburban, cargo trailer)
